8.3 Service Terms & Conditions

Treat all staff, volunteers, and service users with respect
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of others
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abuse

Follow any specific instructions or safety guidelines provided by the service

Breach of these rules may result in immediate restriction from services and a formal termination letter.
